CSF Food Drive Event Submission Form

Hello members,

As promised here are the instructions for submitting your non-perishable items for the food drive.

  1.  Once you collect your non-perishable food items, please put them in a Ziploc Bag.
  2. Take a post-it and write your ID number, full name, and school emails address on the post-it.
  3. Put the Post-it inside the Ziploc Bag. Orientate in a manner that makes it visible from the outside.
  4. Take a picture of the entire bag. Make sure the viewer can easily identify the Ziploc bag's contents as well as read the Post-it note.
  5. Fill out and submit the following Google Form and insert the image that you took.
  6. Currently, there are 2 bins located on campus. One is in the front of the hub, the other is in the admin office. Drop your bag off in one of these bins ASAP once you fill out for form.
